VACATION NOTES FROM THE MAKER
Hello my lovely Bird Trouble Tribe! I’ll be out of town from February 26 - March 7th for a much needed adventure in Arizona and Texas. I’m so excited to attend a Leather Working Tradeshow and embark in a beautiful sunny landscape. If your Made To Order 6 week shipment deadline lands between that time, know that I’m trying my best to get it shipped out prior to leaving, but know that it may ship out the week of being back. * READY TO SHIP * 
All Ready To Ship purchases are packaged and shipped out within 48 hours. If you’re in the USA, orders generally arrive in 4-5 business days.
 

* MADE TO ORDER *
All Custom Order and Previously Made purchases are packaged and shipped out within 3 to 6 weeks. You will receive an email with a shipment confirmation and a tracking number once it is shipped.

* PAYMENT PLANS *
You will be redirected to an outsourced form when signing up for a 3 month payment plan. All Payment Plan purchases are packaged and shipped within 48 hours of final payment.
 

* RUSH ORDERS *
We are happy to consider rush orders if our production schedule allows for flexibility. Please reach out via email or the contact page prior to placing your order.

 



PRICING


Domestic Priority — $6.50 - $20 depending on weight. Includes tracking.

International Priority — $20 - $50 depending on weight and location. Includes tracking. Our website is currently set up to ship to Canada and Australia. Please, contact us if you live elsewhere.

2nd Day — upon request

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Repair & replacement inquires: alexz@birdtrouble.com

Goods are guaranteed for craftsmanship up to 5 years. We will re-stitch and replace missing hardware.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for repairs and placements. Bird Trouble will pay for shipping costs back to the customer.

Repairs or replacements will be accepted at our discretion if the chance that our product is found defective.

After your warranty, we reserve the right to decline complementary repairs but we are more than willing to repair your piece for a small price or give you a tip on where to go.

Upgrades can be added to most styles but they are not included in the warranty. Upgrades + shipping to/from are to be paid in full by the customer. Upgrades include pockets, handles, a longer strap, monogramming, hand-stitching, and some lining add-ins. Please contact me to request an upgrade so I can set up an invoice for you!

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please email us if we've failed to meet your expectations and you'd like to discuss a return or exchange.  We are happy to issue one as long as your good is in UNUSED condition.  We are not responsible for your return during postal transit so please consider adding insurance and saving your tracking information.
