Bird Trouble is a small batch, handcrafted, leather bag and accessory brand. We work closely with production, making each bag with our hands, and accept some custom work to offer leather products worthy of an heirloom.

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges due to the nature of our handmade, small scale production. We recommend joining our Exclusive Facebook Group where you can buy-sell-trade with other Bird Trouble fans.

For original purchases orders, Bird Trouble will re-stitch broken thread, replace snapped off hardware or popped off rivets, and replace faulty or tired zippers.

Stained or scratched leather and ripped fringe are examples that are not covered under warranty.

We will always consider adding any of our add-ons to the Bird Trouble you have at home. Please email us for consideration. * We do not accept lining requests.
