What is covered under warranty?

  • Your Bird Trouble orders have a lifetime guarantee on crafts(wo+)manship.

  • Bird Trouble will re-stitch broken thread, snapped off hardware, popped off rivets, and replace faulty or tired zippers.

  • Stained or scratched leather and ripped fringe are examples that are not covered under warranty.

  • Your warranty will be approved at the time of your repair request.




How do I go about getting a repair on my Bird Trouble?

  • Request your repair in the contact form below.

  • The customer is always responsible for safely shipping the item back unless the purchase is brand new in which that case, BT will cover s/h costs.

  • Bird Trouble will cover standard Domestic shipping costs back to the customer if the repair is covered under warranty.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping upgrades such as Signature Delivery or an alternative carrier.

  • Bird Trouble is not responsibly for lost or stolen repair packages.

  • If Bird Trouble decides your product’s repair is not covered within the warranty, a material and service Paypal Invoice will be sent to the customer via email.

    Along with your repair, please send a note stating:

  • Your desired repairs or approved add-ons.

  • Your email address.

  • Your full name and return mailing address.
