How do I condition and clean my leather?

  • To best care for your Bird Trouble, firmly care for it once a season with a clean cloth and your choice of conditioner or cleaning product.

  • If your bag gets wet, hang it to dry and then condition it to give it some moisture.

  • Do not ever put your leather in your dryer machine.

  • If spilling occurs, absorb any much excess liquid as you can.

  • If a spillage stains your bag - we suggest embracing the beauty or reaching out to us to see if there’s a way to cover the stain.

I love my Bird Trouble, but will you add on some things?

  • We will always consider adding on features such as handles, hand-stitching, and studs to your Bird Trouble. Please email us for consideration.

  • Unfortunately we cannot accept lining requests. All Bird Trouble goods are handmade and built to last without lining.
